JAVASCRIPT If you have turned off javascript in your browser then it appears that the welcome page
works as it should until you click on a link or photo. On any other page the left and right navigation columns are suddenly gone (they are generated there with javascript).
If javascript is turned off you also won't be able to place an order, when you click the size/color button simply nothing will happen.
The solution is -of course- turning javascript back on in your browser.
FIREWALLS Some firewalls prevent datatransfer from one window to another,
because of that the basket (or shopping cart if you will) won't work properly because the items you selected are kept in a separate window on the background.
The moment you click basket/checkout that page wants to read data from that background window which is then stopped by the firewall.
The software 'thinks' your basket is empty and thus won't work. The build-in firewall from Windows XP gives no trouble at all as is the case with most others, it
seems that things espescially go wrong with Norton Internet Security. The solution is turning off the firewall while on our site or, if you don't want to do that,
browse through your firewall options and search for the 'trusted' sites section and add http://www.socksfromholland.com to the list of trusted sites.
OTHER If both solutions don't work then you can always send us an email containing the items you want plus your name and address.
The easiest way to do this is to 'cut and paste' the descriptions in a new email window and manually add the color and amount to it.
Prices are not necessary, we can derive them here from the descriptions. Within 24 hours you will receive a normal confirmation-email with the order details and all other data
you need including instructions on how to pay when you're not on the site.
You can always cancel that order if you wish, you are not obliged to anything.
