Home socks and bed socks difference
The difference between home socks and bed socks is mainly that bed socks are very soft, loosely knit, and per definition don't have anti slip, while home socks usually do.
Most home socks we sell have a terry cushion so they are thick and warm.

Home socks with merino wool
Merino wool is soft and warm, but above all it doesn't itch. Merino wool is also more expensive than regular wool because it grows slower and thus the sheep can't be trimmed as often, while the demand is big because of the good properties. Of course regular woolen home socks are also comfy (and cheaper), but some people can't tolerate regular wool and then merino wool is a great alternative.
